This exhibition celebrates the happenings we participate in with friends and whanau during Matariki, such as coming together to share stories, remember the past and consider the future. Reflecting on the many different cultures that live in Aotearoa New Zealand, this practice of coming together will also be explored through art works that show group events and festivals in the wider Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Artists in Come Together include Ann Verdcourt , Areta Wilkinson, Bruce Connew, Emily Siddell, Glenn Jowitt, Hariata Ropata-Tangahoe, Juliet Peter, Lonnie Hutchinson, Manos Nathan, Michael Crawford, Michael Smither, Neil Dawson, Paratene Matchitt, Rangi Kipa, Robyn Kahukiwa, Ruth Castle and Warwick Freeman.
